After Hours Pediatric Care
Launchpad Pediatrics is excited to announce our partnership with Hello Pediatrics, a group of Board-Certified Pediatricians, to provide after-hours coverage and available telehealth appointments.
This service will be available 24/7/365 and patients will be able to speak directly with a dedicated Pediatric Nurse or Board-Certified Pediatrician for urgent matters requiring immediate attention after normal business hours. Full Telehealth Hours are listed below, and a dedicated triage nurse will be available at all other times.
Should patients choose to use this service, there will be a $25 charge that will NOT be covered by insurance. Additional fees may occur directly from Hello Pediatrics if full telehealth visits are completed. Insurance may cover the telehealth visits, but you could be responsible for copays or deductibles. Cash pay is also available for telehealth visits for $49.
Telehealth visits help to reduce Urgent Care and Emergency Department visits and have been shown to lower overall patient costs. Your child’s Hello Pediatrics’ visit notes will then be entered into Launchpad Pediatrics’ medical records, and Dr. Mooney will offer follow-up and continuing care.
Telemedicine Hours:
- Monday through Friday 4pm – 12am
- Saturday and Sunday 12pm – 10pm
- Holidays 12pm – 12am

We can also be reached via the Patient Portal for any non-urgent matters that can wait until the next business day.
